Rosa has an extensive background in sales and marketing, is an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of NZ (admitted 2017) and is also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ), bringing technical expertise to her work and sound advice on contracts, council regulations, property marketing and sales strategies.

She gives back to the local community as a current board member of the Christchurch Art Gallery Foundation and is an avid outdoors fan, often enjoying the local running trails or out on her road bike.
