Elman is honoured to also serve as an Industry Advisor to the Real Estate Authority and is a Principal/Director at One Agency Select Realty. He also fulfils the role of Compliance Manager as a licensed agent (the highest qualification level attainable in Real Estate in NZ) for the lower North Island One Agency group.
