Moritz Muck MREINZ is the owner and Principal of One Agency Auckland Central. As a Manager and Licensee Agent, he and his team serve clients in the buying and selling of homes throughout Auckland and beyond.

Moritz is a career agent with a long and respected track record in the real estate profession, having started in 2004 at just 19 years of age. Originally studying at AUT and obtaining a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Moritz made the decision to change direction and accepted a real estate internship at Rex Davy Real Estate. Four years later, having secured his Branch Manager’s National Certificate, Moritz operated under the auspices of several other brands before establishing his own boutique real estate agency, M2 Real Estate, in 2010. In 2016, this merged into a larger network before evolving into today’s One Agency Auckland Central.

As an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced salesperson and manager, Moritz leads a team of professional sales agents, property managers and administrators. Their proud record of service delivered with excellence is testament to Moritz’s skilful and inspirational management of the day-to-day running of a busy real estate company. Moritz himself has an almost unprecedented depth of knowledge of residential property sales, property management/investment and commercial leasing which his broad client base values highly. Over the years, he has become actively involved in residential property development and has long-standing, trusted relationships with developers, assisting them across a range of projects.

Never happier than when he is bringing a deal to fruition – even if the journey has involved tricky negotiations – Moritz relishes the challenge and loves to secure the best outcomes his clients are seeking. As a motivational leader, he mentors and supports his sales team, continually fine-tuning and seeking innovative ways to enhance the real estate experience his company offers to clients.
