Elaine's residential and lifestyle experience come from the longevity of negotiating successful sales and Purchases for her clients and customers, with her honesty and ethical attributes, along with her helpful easy-going manner.

Elaine has enjoyed being in the real estate industry for over 30 years.

Her rural experience comes from both growing up on a dairy farm on the Hauraki Plains, and also owning large dry stock farms from the 1970's, and currently owns 580 acres with her husband, in the Kaiaua / Miranda area.

Elaine is also a licenced Agent, who is armed with managerial skills, and has earned this qualification through hard work and experience.

Over the years that I have been in the Real Estate industry, I have seen many changes. The REA being one, this was instigated in 2008 and has been instrumental, in working for the Vendors & Purchasers only, and are keeping the industry honest and trustworthy.

Rules around real estate have significantly changed over the years, and salespeople must keep up their training and knowledge to do their job competently.
