Melanie started her career in Real Estate as a PA to an extremely successful agent in the Rodney area. She was part of this team for more than 4 years gaining valuable industry experience in a fast-paced environment. Knowing she has what it takes to excel, Melanie has decided the time is right to advance her journey in real estate.

Melanie’s previous experience as a Procurement Manager with Huawei for 10 years, has developed her negotiation skills and she prides herself on being an organized person with strong attention to detail. Originally from Melaka, Malaysia, Melanie speaks multiple languages, including Mandarin, English, and Malay. She is also fluent in Cantonese & Hokkien. Communication is key, so it goes without saying that Melanie’s ability to converse with people from a range of cultural backgrounds helps her to build relationships quickly.

Since moving to NZ in 2007, Melanie currently lives in one of the newer Orewa subdivisions. She loves the lifestyle that Orewa offers, the beautiful beaches, parks, cafes, and facilities around the Hibiscus Coast area. Melanie is friendly and approachable, and she looks forward to working with you!
