Roger Nicolson commenced selling real estate in 1988, coming from a farming background.
Since entering real estate, Roger has built up a vast knowledge of rural Otago.
In 2001, Roger transferred to a rural finance role in the greater Otago area but kept his real estate licence current. In 2014, Roger returned to a full-time real estate role.
Roger holds a current Branch Manager Licence in Real Estate and National Rural Certificate in Real Estate.
During the past 30 years, Roger’s career has been based on honesty, enthusiasm and integrity, and this is evident from the repeat business he has successfully done. Having been a farmer and a rural banker, Roger has a real empathy for farmers who are buying or selling their farm and this, combined with his enthusiastic approach, will help achieve a successful result.
Outside of work, Roger is a keen sea fisherman, novice golfer, quad bike rider and enthusiastic sports follower. Roger and Dianne have been married since 1975 and have two adult children and two grandsons.
