With 20 years of invaluable experience, Chris has grown and sustained her business with Property Brokers Hawke's Bay. She is a good listener and can astutely sum up what action is needed to enable her clients to realise their property goals.
Drawing on a multitude of business skills sharpened primarily in banking, mortgage brokering and sport, Chris has the ability to assess her clients’ property needs and customise a solution for them. Being closely involved in the whole transaction process from A-Z keeps Chris on her toes and her role does not stop when the paperwork has been signed off. Not afraid to roll up her sleeves and pitch in, Chris has even been known to help clean her clients’ home on moving day, giving new meaning to the extra-mile service she prides herself on.
Backed by the professional and experienced Property Brokers’ team and with access to knowledge and resources throughout the Property Brokers nationwide network, Chris says the reputation that the company enjoys in the market place gives credibility to the work that she does and her clients will ultimately benefit.
Fair, honest and upfront is the way Chris likes to work with her clients, and these are traits she has fostered and nurtured outside of work on the netball court, having been involved in netball in Hawke’s Bay for 38 years. Chris has retired as Chairperson of Hawke’s Bay Netball and has previously undertaken roles as coach, umpire and administrator. Chris has devoted a large portion of her time and energy to the sport and she sees it as a healthy antidote to a busy real estate career.
