Chris is a former specialist rural banker with extensive experience across NZ.

Chris is originally from the Otago-Southland region from strong family farming routes, and has an extensive history in rural banking before moving into a real estate career in the Hawke’s Bay 4 years ago.

Prior to coming to the Hawkes Bay, Chris has had the unique opportunity to work with farming clients across NZ, from Bluff in Southland, through to Waipu in Northland.

Chris holds a Bachelors Commerce in Farm Management and Rural Valuation from Lincoln University and is a licensed real estate salesperson with the REA.

Building superior relationships has been a key aspect to how Chris operates, building strong relationships based around integrity and trust, in order to negotiate successful outcomes.

A key part of successful real estate transactions is in maximizing the farm’s value. Often farmers have put a lifetime of work into the property and it is important to reflect that aspect through a superior marketing campaign for your property.

Chris’s goal is to achieve superior outcomes for clients, via close personal input and strong teamwork.

Chris has had previous hands-on practical farming experience on a number of farm types in NZ. Chris has always had a bigger goal of 'making a difference in rural'.
