Highly professional and responsible. Akbar, has experience of more than 20 years in Business Development and Sales Management. Akbar brings to the table a history of success, achievement and enthusiasm in everything he undertakes.

Having moved to New Zealand with his wife over a decade ago, Akbar enrolled at the Faculty of Humanities & Business at UCOL, in Palmerston North. While studying, he supported himself working at The Warehouse as checkout operator, within a short period of time, he made his way up and took on a role as a duty manager for the retail company.

During that time, the couple had a beautiful daughter and as a family they set about making a life in Palmerston North City. In 2014 Akbar was thrown a major curve ball when a car accident took his wife’s life.

After a period of down time Akbar made the decision that he would continue with the plan that he and his wife had made and that life in Palmerston North was what he would settle down with as a solo dad.

After establishing a successful restaurant business for the past 5 years, Akbar has decided to pursue a career in real estate. His passion for real estate industry is commendable. He is highly diligent and tenacious. Over a decade living in the city Akbar has built strong relationships with people around him. He is very reliable and trustworthy.

A major strength of Akbar is that he is an active listener, a good communicator and he has absolute focus on effective negotiation. Akbar is determined in providing his clients a stress-free buying/selling experience.
