Julianne started in Real Estate in 2000 and quickly gained experience in a range of roles. She has been in partnership with Tracy since 2004 and together they have received numerous awards over the years recognising their successes within the industry.

Julianne brings absolute commitment to getting the job done, her enthusiastic and dedicated approach means she leaves no stone un-turned. Julianne's warm personality along with her great sense of humour ensures many repeat customers.

Along with her husband John, Julianne enjoyed raising three girls in a family-orientated community of the northern suburbs. One of her favourite things to do is spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

She has a keen interest in squash, playing a couple of times a week and also enjoys cycling and has had many cycling trips away with John and their friends, enjoying the beautiful scenery that New Zealand cycling trails offer.

In 2004 Julianne formed a partnership with Tracy Logan to combine the best of their skills and abilities. Their partnership has gone from strength to strength winning many awards and consistently receiving referrals and repeat business.

Real estate is all about people and providing support and expertise to help them through an exciting and sometimes difficult time. Julianne enjoys the job because she enjoys people. There is nothing more rewarding than giving her customers the best possible result.
