Allan has had two careers to date ~ Rock and Roll and Real Estate. Up until 2000 Allan was involved in the music industry working as a professional musician and the owner/director of a record company. He cut his teeth in marketing handling artists such as the much loved NZ band Fur Patrol. In 2001 he moved to Auckland and made the decision to change direction. This opened his path into Real Estate and he has never looked back.

Since entering the Real Estate industry nearly 20 years ago he has gone from strength to strength, receiving recognition in the form of awards for both sales and marketing, locally, regionally and nationally. He has sold well over 500 homes on the North Shore of Auckland and accrued over 15,000 hours of dedicated practise, making him a genuine local expert.

Those who have worked with Allan consider him to be an exceptional talent with a creative genius that has enabled him to do some extraordinary work for his clients. He is constantly learning, teaching and helping his colleagues and friends.
