After buying her first unit in Ellerslie at the age of 22, Pat has enjoyed many years buying and renovating her own properties throughout Auckland, doing most of the work herself. At the other end of the spectrum, with many seniors moving to retirement homes or downsizing, Pat has supported them greatly when selling and moving during this often very stressful time in their lives. Going the extra mile is natural for Pat as client satisfaction is her priority.

Prior to selling real estate, Pat spent 30 years working in insurance which provided excellent grounding in contracts and negotiations. Pat has also built up a team of trusted tradespeople and resources to assist property owners prepare for the sale of their homes and reach the best possible price outcome.

Pat has been part of Ray White Ellerslie & Mt Wellington, a family-owned office within Auckland’s largest real estate agency for 18 years. Her patience, understanding, knowledge and relationship management has resulted in her selling the same home up to 4 times over those 18 years.

Pat lived in Malaysia and England before coming to Auckland in her teens and has seen the city grow over that time into a vibrant cosmopolitan centre with a diversity reflected in the cuisine, festivals, arts and music and with many lifestyle options to choose from within New Zealand’s largest city.
