With 28 years of experience in real estate, Noel has supported clients through economic upturns and downturns, across both sellers’ markets and buyers’ markets. This depth of experience allows him to provide steady, informed guidance, regardless of market conditions.
Coming from a large family, both Noel and his wife have nine siblings, and he has a deep understanding of the many life events that shape people’s real estate decisions. New relationships, separations, growing families, loss, career changes, retirement, health challenges, and major relocations all influence when and how people buy or sell property. Noel recognises the emotional and practical impact of these transitions and works closely with his clients to reduce stress while helping them achieve the right outcome.
Outside real estate, Noel is a keen bonsai grower, a pursuit that closely reflects his approach to property. He believes that matching people with the right property requires the same understanding, patience, persistence, and individual care as growing bonsai. Just as he aims to minimise stress on his trees, Noel always does his best to support vendors and buyers in realising their real estate goals without unnecessary pressure.
