Joe has witnessed the development of areas such as Somerville, Meadowlands, and Dannemora, before he became a salesperson in 2000s, so he is fully aware of how the Eastern Beaches area has grown providing expanding services to the increasing number of people who seek out our popular residential areas for family living. The rapidly developing Flat Bush area is adding another dynamic dimension to our residential areas. 

Joe has worked for international companies in Australia, Hong Kong, and China in marketing to benefit his further work experience. With his strong passion in real estate, he was also a licensed real estate salesperson in Hong Kong, China.

Joe has completed the Master of Business Administration degree, majoring in Marketing and International Business. Appreciating strong negotiation and marketing skills, Joe has a very clear objective to achieve the service and results for either his vendor clients or buyer customers.
