After graduating with her BSc Maritime Business and Law in the UK, she worked in London as an Average Adjuster and was soon transferred to their New York office. There she met her husband and had her 2 children. After 13 years they moved to Stockholm (3 years) and then it was on to New Zealand where it has been home since 2016.

Shortly after settling down in Auckland, Theresa started up her own Project Management and Consulting company. She handled a variety of portfolios from private developments in Queenstown, to support for a private Fijian resort. This business background, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating her homebuyers and sellers.

When Theresa isn't making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys walking her dog, sailing, sewing projects, traveling overseas as well as exploring New Zealand with her family.
