Introducing Paul Bayer - Licensee Salesperson
"You don't act like an agent..." are words Paul is used to hearing. He has one single mission when he works with his clients and that is: how do we get to calling each other 'friend'? His signature style is one that sees him take the time to get to know you; before he can even think of selling for or to you. The gap between what Paul 'says'; and what he 'does' is small and to him, it's all about integrity.
With 20 years’ of experience in sales, business development, business ownership and buying and selling properties, Paul brings wisdom, integrity and proven expertise to every single engagement. He's always thinking about you and how he can help maximise your biggest investment and is well-known for providing a pair of 'safe hands' during what is often an emotional rollercoaster.
Like the muscle cars he's passionate about, Paul has energy to burn. Nothing is too much trouble. He'll go the extra mile, and then walk it again with you for the sheer joy of sharing the journey. Stressed about your auction? He'll turn up and have a cuppa at even the latest hour! Need some grass for your new garden? He'll let you use his trailer!
Paul has a vested interest in the Hibiscus Coast Region having grown up in the Rodney District as the 5th generation of Bayers who migrated to Puhoi in the 1880s. There is no one better to advise you about buying a piece of our very special corner of the country.
In his spare time, he enjoys anything to do with 'action' including supporting his kids with all their winter and summer sports, motor racing and playing the odd game of Rugby for the Silverdale Snails.
If you are looking at selling your property, Paul would love nothing more than to help you with that journey; after becoming a friend, that is.
