Coming from the Northland Rugby Union, Kyal has joined our Ray White Rural team of experts and has proved to be a perfect fit! He epitomizes integrity, hard work and creative energy in every detail of your real estate experience. 

In his previous role with the Northland Rugby Union, he progressed from being the Referee Educator for the Union, to eventually being Head of Operations. His extensive training and experience in conflict management is a major benefit when facilitating negotiations between parties in a Real Estate transaction. 

Kyal is a born and bred Northlander, originating from the small town of Mangamuka where he grew up and eventually took over the family farm.  After many years of share-milking in Mangamuka, Kyal changed his path in life and completed a Sport & Recreation degree through AUT University. This farming background has given him the knowledge to market anything from small lifestyle blocks to larger rural properties with confidence.

Having lived in the area for more than 40 years, he genuinely loves sharing local knowledge and will use this experience to help others find their ideal property so they too can become part of our wonderful Northland community.

Outside of Real Estate, Kyal’s hobbies include fishing, diving and spending time outdoors – especially cooking in his outdoor kitchen!
