I offer an extremely strong knowledge of the local area and an outstanding sales record. I am fully committed to the industry in all respects having qualified as an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute (AREINZ) and hold a National Diploma (NZQA) in Real Estate; the highest qualification available to a Real Estate Salesperson.  I have experienced and seen all sorts of market changes and adjustments over this time. But one thing that I will not deviate from is in putting in the hours and ‘hard yards’ required, for you the owner to achieve your very best outcome. 

A major strength of mine is my absolute focus on providing maximum exposure to the market place for all of my vendors. This takes many forms including structured marketing programmes of which include Auctions and Tenders, all of which work towards achieving a premium sale price in the best possible time frame for my Vendors.
