Carita Fenning epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. Carita grew up in the Auckland area and started her real estate career when she was just 22 years of age. After 10 years in the business, she took a break to raise her young family and donated her time to many worthwhile causes including the “Breast Cancer Research Trust” in the trust’s early stages where she started the “Dynamic Women’s Committee”, a group of inspirational busy women committed to raising awareness and funds for this important cause.

In 2009 she was head hunted for a 3 month contract to work on the iconic TELETHON 2009 and exceeded expectations with such outstanding results that she was asked to stay on and manage their fundraising campaigns which she did so for 5 years.

In 2014 she resumed her real estate career and has been with the Ray White Group since.

Carita is also the Property Columnist for ZE magazine and brings years of experience within the property industry.

Her passion is helping people achieve their goals when buying or selling and making this process as stress free as possible.
