Richard started his real estate career with Ray White in September 2006. Over the years he has successfully established

Born in South Korea in Nam Won, where after college, he attended Namseoul University, obtaining his Bachelor of Marketing

Degree. He immigrated to New Zealand with his wife and two children in 2002.

Richard has built a strong presence in the Asian community in Auckland's North Shore, and together with his extensive network

of business associates, he has formed strong, reputable relationships to create a pipeline ofsatisfied clients who advocate for his
