Rob Hawkins has been involved in real estate since the late 1990s, beginning his career in Australia before buying, selling, and renovating homes himself. Over the past five years, he has helped many homeowners and buyers across the Franklin District navigate important property decisions with clarity and confidence.
While Rob has received industry recognition and awards, his focus has never been on talking about himself. What matters most to him are the needs, circumstances, and goals of the people he works with. Much of his business comes from referrals and word of mouth — something he sees as a direct reflection of the care, honesty, and quality of service he provides.
Before focusing on real estate, Rob built a diverse career across policing, aviation operations, government advisory roles, and high-performance coaching. His background includes senior operational leadership with Qantas, analytical and senior advisory roles within the Australian Government, and years spent coaching athletes and supporting men’s health and wellbeing.
This experience shapes the way Rob works today — calm under pressure, highly organised, and grounded in listening before advising. His studies in economics, psychology, industrial relations, and project management underpin a practical, balanced approach to complex decisions, where context and accuracy matter more than noise or opinion.
Rob believes people don’t buy or sell property for the sake of it. They do it to facilitate change — to right-size, relocate, free up capital, or pursue the next chapter of life. He welcomes the opportunity to sit down for a coffee, have an honest conversation, and provide clear, unbiased advice that’s right for the client — not the agent.
Listening First. Advising Second.
