Since joining real estate in November 2015 I have been fortunate enough to list many properties and have sold them all. I am extremely passionate about my job and I love helping people to move on. I love the stress you hate.

I come from a very artistic family, and early on in life I developed a passion for real estate. With a keen eye for detail and an interest in interior design I know how to best present your property to the market.

Helping my clients move on to the next chapter of their lives, requires an understanding of their needs. I’m a good listener. Once I have an outline of their goals, I set about crafting a marketing plan that will achieve them. At a previous company I was a top lister and seller three years in a row. My saying was everything I touch turns to Sold!

The fact that Ray White is at the forefront of technology-led solutions for their staff, is something I admire. Their forward-thinking approach to developing, enhancing and investing in new cutting-edge tools leads to increased productivity and a sense of pride from employees, as they feel empowered to easily deliver outstanding client service.

I’ve always had a wide variety of interests. At school I studied the basics plus French and art and later I completed a City & Guilds dog grooming course. This set me up to own two dog grooming salons in London for nine years. Prior to that using my accounting qualification, I worked for a chain of hotels in the accounts department.

Since moving from the UK some years ago, I’ve lived in and around Waiuku. Over this time I have watched the area change and grow. The new shops and cafes springing up are attracting younger families to the area. Waiuku now boasts a new large Medical Centre and is renowned for its street festivals that attract hundreds of people.

I’m truly passionate about the area. I have been a long-time volunteer of Waiuku Family Support and I have also donated to the Awhitu Golf Club over the years.

On a personal note, I love the gym and I love to travel. My granddaughter Florence holds a special place in my heart as does her Sausage dog Fin. He has short legs and a big attitude!

English is my first language and I speak a little French (a carry-over from school)! Call me at Ray White Waiuku. I wou
