After several wonderful years in Whangamata, Paula and her husband Tony have made the exciting decision to return to Christchurch — the city they’ve always considered home.
While they embraced the coastal lifestyle and became deeply involved in the Whangamata community, Christchurch has always held a special place in their hearts. They’re thrilled to be reconnecting with friends, neighbours and the wider community once again.
Paula brings more than 15 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, alongside successfully building and running a growing payroll company that serviced businesses throughout New Zealand. Those roles required precision, strong communication and a genuine commitment to looking after people — qualities that now underpin her approach to real estate.
Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, combined with her calm professionalism and attention to detail, has earned her multiple 10/10 Customer Satisfaction awards and heartfelt testimonials from happy clients. For Paula, these acknowledgements are less about recognition and more about knowing her clients felt supported, informed and cared for throughout the process.
Working alongside Tony, who has also been recognised with an Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Service, they are known for going above and beyond, taking the time to truly understand their clients’ goals and treating every property decision with the same care they would expect themselves.
Community has always been important to Paula. During her time in Whangamata, she served on the Enterprise Whangamata committee, volunteered with Community Patrol, helped organise the Whangamata Fun and Wellness Expo, and contributed to the local Tennis & Squash Club committee. Being involved locally is something she values deeply and continues to prioritise.
Now based back in Christchurch, Paula works side by side with Tony, offering a friendly, professional and genuinely people-focused experience to both buyers and sellers.
