For Fiona Cooper, Real Estate is about more than just the sale. It is about the price, the time frame and the relationship built up between all the different parties.

For Fiona Cooper real estate is about more than just the sale. It’s about the price achieved, the time frame, the cost to clients, and most importantly, the relationship between all parties throughout the process.

Fiona believes in the absolute value of Customer Service and this is evident with the repeat business she has built up during her ten years in the business.

Her professional approach, her ability to listen carefully to peoples’ needs and wants, and her commitment to meet many different client real estate requirements, have all attributed to her success in the industry.

Fiona believes success in this business comes through good communication – listening to and understanding her clients’ desires to achieve their sale, their dream, their goal. Then tailoring this to present each home at its best – recognising that every property offers a unique opportunity to a buyer and a seller.

She has studied interior design, spacial design, and has a knowledge of landscaping. This, along with her own simple interior staging (complimentary to her clients) ensures every property goes on the market looking its absolute best.

Fiona’s long-term desire to return to Central Otago, an area that holds much family heritage and history, has been realised with her recently settling in Clyde.

On her mother’s side, the first of the Scott family came to Kawarau Station, Bannockburn in 1860. Her grandparents were born in Gibbston and her mother and uncle were born in Cromwell. Both attended Gibbston School, before finishing their schooling in Dunedin while the family was living at Mount Rosa, Gibbston (owned by her grandfather Ray Scott). Fiona’s father taught at Gibbston School in the 1950’s. The Millers, her Irish relatives lived on the Crown Range.

I have an active interest and staging and landscaping. I carry staging stock for my vendors to further enhance presentation of the homes.

Testimonials

"Sharon & I had the good fortune to choose Fiona Cooper of Tall Poppy Real Estate, to sell our house in Cromwell. Nothing was a bother to Fiona, including organising the staging & open homes and emailing with updates. We were 100% happy with Fiona's continuous effort and would have no hesitation in recommending Fiona Cooper of Tall Poppy REal Estate if you have a house to sell or are looking for a new home, not to mention her real estate are half of the normal rates of other firms."
"I met Fiona while viewing (being a noisy neighbour) a house two doors down. I feel in love with the place. I trusted Fiona from the start and asked her to become the Agent for the home I quickly needed to sell. She was professional, kind, supportive and fun. I found the downsizing from a very large home to a very small home very stressful. But buying and selling was not. Fiona made it easy and explained every step of the way. She put my interests first. If in the future I need to sell again, I will be definitely requesting Fiona. Thank you - I love my new home."
