Testimonials

"11 Charlotte Way, Raumati South - VENDOR TESTIMONIAL Throughout the whole process we have been really pleased and well informed by Stacey as to both the process and also options that we had. We were really impressed with the detail of potential buyer background that she provided and it helped give a clear, realistic picture of the interest in our house. Stacey remained in contact and would regularly ring just to make sure we knew where things were in the process. She still remains in contact even after the sale and is also negotiating furniture sales for us with the buyer!!. Stacey is very approachable, super friendly, trustworthy and delivers what she promises. It was a really enjoyable and smooth house sale having Stacey as our agent. Thank you. "34 Parakai Street, Paraparaumu - PURCHASER TESTIMONIAL Stacey was very helpful, and didn't hesitate to get back to me, even on minor matters of little importance. In comparison with other realtors I have dealt with recently, she was very informative, didn't just rush through things, and genuinely gave me the impression that she wanted to help. I found her approachable and was at ease in dealing with everything through her. Especially being a first home buyer, when the whole concept of buying a house is very very foreign, she was able to answer all my questions, even those that probably seemed a bit pointless without making me feel clueless. I know that overall, that probably just sounds like she was simply doing her job, but to be quite frank, having dealt with realtors in Auckland, and a few in Wellington and a couple in the Kapiti region, Stacey would have to be the first realtor that gave me the time of day, without discrediting me as being low potential and I would have to say as a direct result of her approach ability, the sale was made. Also a work of advice to other realtors (even some in the ray white) based on my very little house buying experience, it pays to not discredit those who might not wear the nicest clothes, or maybe they don't even sound like they know what they're talking about.. At the end of the day, a judgement of whether or not somebody has the money to buy the house could cost you the sale. This was most certainly not the first house my fiance and I had looked at and other houses were sold for less than what my partner and I were prepared to pay for them (especially having come from the Auckland property market), simply because realtors didn't give us the time of day, or weren't prepared to be as helpful. Stacey did this wonderfully, and a desired outcome was achieved. Thank you Stacey. K. Taylor"
