It started to level out in the later part of 2023 and due to the influx of new listings seems to be a much more balanced market so far in 2024. Now as Winter is behind us and Summer is drawing near we are seeing much more activity from buyers and there’s a healthy level of property for them. The cuts to the OCR certainly sparked things and with more cuts forecast buyers have realised this is the perfect time to buy.
