As a foundation member of Tommy’s Real Estate the Cederwall name is synonymous with the company he is proud to represent. Grant Cederwall has been part of the Tommy’s structure since the company launched into Wellington’s residential market in 1999.
Tommy’s quickly became major players in the Wellington real estate scene and Grant has indisputably been among the Tommy’s top performers annually with regular recognition by company management. Grant offers his clients the benefits of an extensive industry knowledge and above all, the advantages of working with a smooth running two for one business partnership with his wife Clare Cederwall.
Grant is an avid follower of sport in all forms and this is hardly unexpected bearing in mind that he represented Wellington in both Cricket and Rugby; he was a junior All Black and played both cricket and rugby in England and France at a high level in the 1980’s. Grant's hands on sporting involvement these days are confined to coaching at school boy, college and club level. In this capacity, Grant encourages and supports his own family members and also promotes to the young people under his influence, the principals of team participation and fair play. Grant believes that competing in a team environment is equally as important in the business world and attribute much of his business success to the team ethos at Tommy’s where any property listed for sale with them has the full support of the entire sales team.
Grant attends regular training courses to supplement his experience gained in the work place. He is organised, meticulous when planning and promoting the marketing programs and a strong negotiator and deal maker. Grant is also a licensed auctioneer and over the years has volunteered with many charity auctions.
