Rosemarie has lived in Papamoa since 1977, enjoying all this coastal paradise has to offer. She is very positive and enthusiastic about Papamoa and Mount Maunganui. Rosemarie has been in the real estate industry since 2000 loves working in the area.

Rosemarie has lived in Papamoa since 1977, enjoying all this coastal paradise has to offer and has watched it grow from a sleepy beachside town to the major centre it is today. Since obtaining her Real Estate qualification in October 2000, Rosemarie commenced working in the industry and has found real estate to be her real passion, second only to her family. Being a people person with a positive and outgoing attitude, Rosemarie also loves being involved in the community and continues to support many local organisations.

Having enjoyed great success working for other Real Estate Companies for 14 years, Rosemarie was one of the business owners responsible for setting up and running the very successful real estate company, Next Door Realty Ltd for 4 years but decided to step back from business ownership and concentrate more on selling.
