In his over 30 years in real estate Paul has established a highly respected reputation for operating with a sense of humanity and compassion that goes just beyond selling homes. Property runs in his blood – his father owned two real estate branches – and Paul entered the profession in 1993 and has been qualified as branch manager since 1998. Over the years he has sold all types of properties, including character bungalows, villas, units and modern townhouses, and consistently achieved lead agent status.
Paul’s decades of experience in negotiation and marketing, along with a background in accounting, give his vendors an edge. Outside of work Paul is a keen squash player and member of the Herne Bay Rackets Club.
Paul has sold property from Blockhouse Bay to Herne Bay and Point Chevalier where he currently lives with his wife in a renovated 1920's bungalow.
