2 years spent working as a Personal Assistant was a dive headfirst into the world of real estate for Kendra McBeath. But at the end of it, she discovered a career she could truly enjoy. Being immersed in the industry meant she learned a great deal on the job, and was able to sit her license during that time. Born and raised in Christchurch, Kendra knows the city and surrounds extremely well, which is a bonus. Her previous career path has largely been in people-oriented roles, working with children in Early Childhood and Before-and-After School Care, and with the elderly in Rest Home care, so she has superb communication skills and genuinely likes people. Being approachable and friendly by nature is, she says, the core of her approach to a successful sale, along with great organisational ability, empathy, and, of course, hard work. And, in her spare time, Kendra enjoys good food, as well as playing netball, exercising, and spending time with her partner, their dog and friends and family.
