Patrick is an accomplished entrepreneur who’s owned coffee shops, multiple start-ups, and mentored as a Partner Manager across various industries. After successfully exiting his ventures, he’s decided to build a successful real estate career at Wallace.
Patrick believes deeply in the power of a great team. To him, success isn’t defined by numbers alone, it’s about building something meaningful with people who share the same vision. A lesson he’s carried from every mentor he’s learned from is that great things in business are never done by one person. He pushes himself to reach new heights because he wants to become the kind of mentor who has walked the path, earned the results, and can genuinely give back.
While everyone said it wasn’t the right time to become a real estate agent, Patrick saw opportunity in what many called a soft market. With an oversupply of property across New Zealand, he viewed the challenge as a chance to become one of the best first year rookies the industry has ever seen during a real estate downturn.
Despite receiving multiple offers from well known agencies inviting him to build his own team, Patrick chose a different direction. He felt there was more to learn and believed in the value of staying alongside his sales director & mentor, Mitchell Eades. Together, they are focused on building a strong and supportive team, one where they can grow, learn, and push each other to become better every day. For Patrick, success is something you build together, not alone.
Patrick’s believes that anything he has achieved, and the feedback he’s received from both vendors and purchasers, is the result of the people he chooses to work alongside. With Mitchell Eades beside him, they are confident they have built a team that is not only capable, but genuinely committed to doing right by every client and every vendor, every time.
Please feel free to give Patrick or anyone from Team Mitchell a call anytime if you’re planning to sell or buy. No pressure, no hassle, no obligation, just a friendly conversation about your plans.
