About Theo:
Being the third generation of a family that has worked in real estate has made Theo even more determined to succeed and carry on the family traditions.
After first obtaining his NZ Real Estate Sales certificate in 2007 he spent time working for a local property investment brokerage giving Theo a wide and varied knowledge of the market and an even bigger appetite to be part of it. At the age of 20, he became a shareholder in a small property investment company where he was involved in all aspects of buying and selling property all over Auckland and beyond.
Theo’s energy and professionalism is clearly evident in his work where creativity and attention to detail shine through. As part of team THEO&CHO he is able to provide a service that is second to none, which is why their motto has become Obsessive Compulsive Selling.
