Born and raised in Shanghai, I first came to Palmerston North in 2002 to study Business and Sports Management at Massey. After seven years working and studying here, I returned to Shanghai to run a consulting business, work as a relocation consultant, and partner with property developers on marketing and project promotions. Along the way, I also invested in property myself—experience that sharpened my eye for value and presentation.

I’ve now been with Watson Real Estate for 5 years, and my wife and I live in Palmy with our young daughter—we love being part of this community. With 15+ years in sales and customer service across NZ and China, real estate is a natural fit for me—it’s about people, timing, and smart strategy.
